Net Integrated Systems / CCS:   (888) 647-3926  M-F 8:00AM to 5:00PM, or send email to support@n-i-s.com after business hours.

Students that have passed the 40-question exam will have their official completion certificate sent directly to the court ( US Mail) by Net Integrated Systems. The date you pass the final test is the date on the certificate. It will be mailed within two (2) business days.  N.I.S. does provide for expedited service. Call  (888) 647-3926

It is the student's responsibility to contact the Court in 7 to 10 business days after the test date. The Court will verify receipt of the certificate.

ID Check: This court will require all students to have their identity verified online prior to taking their final examination. The Counties of Stanislaus, Lassen, Tuolumne, Glenn, Napa, and Santa Cruz are now requiring this new procedure. This system will further insure that the student is actually the one online and not someone else.  CCS will utilize the credit bureau Experian to verify identities by accessing a limited check of the students' credit history while online.  The check will not count against the students' credit history nor will any of the information accessed be stored or viewed by anyone other than Experian.

The student will be asked to enter personal information that will prompt several questions about their history.  In order to advance to the final exam, they will be required  to answer at least 75% of the questions correctly.  A failure will require the student to go to the CCS final exam site and download a test requiring Notarization of the students signature.

There will be a $5 fee payable directly to CCS from the student for use of the Experian identity verification system.  There will be no additional fees assessed to the school for this requirement.

If the student does not agree to the Experian verification or is opposed to the additional fee, they will be required to download a final exam, complete the exam before a Notary Public and mail it to CCS for grading in order to get credit for successfully completing the final exam.  The test will be available on the CCS site once the student links over for the final exam.
